Terms & Conditions
- Outside food allowed up to Dining Hall / Lounge Area.
- Fees once deposited will not be REFUNDED in any circumstances.
- Single sharing option is available upon request.
- Electricity payment shall be exclusive of above charges and supposed to be paid on monthly basis as per actual.
- Payment for additional services to be done through in advance through Prepaid card. A minimum balance of Rs. 10,000 should be deposited at the time of admission.
- GYM TIMINGS will be on first come first serve basis.
- In case of DAMAGE to any part of the buildings, furniture, equipment / appliances or any other Hostel Property, the loss shall be recovered from the person identified as responsible for such damages.
- Damages to buildings, furniture, equipment, or any hostel property will be recovered from the responsible person.
- Electrical Appliances eg. Kettle / Iron / Induction are NOT ALLOWED inside the room for safety purpose.
- Consumption of cooked food is only allowed in Dining area And Lounge Area.
- Consumption of alcohol and cigarette is strictly not allowed and will result into emergency vacation of the hostel without refund.
- All above policies are subject to change and occupants will be adhere to policies as changed from time to time.
- Electricity Actual + Laundry charges extra (15 Rs. per clothes).
- 100% Advance payment at the time of joining.
