Accommodation Plans and Charges

We offer separate buildings for boys and girls, ensuring privacy and comfort for all our residents. Below are the detailed accommodation plans and charges (per person) for an academic year (May to June):

Terms and Conditions:

1. 1.  Outside food allowed up to Dining Hall / Lounge Area.
   2. Fees once deposited will not be REFUNDED in any circumstances.
   3. Single sharing option is available upon request.
   4. Electricity payment shall be exclusive of above charges and supposed to be paid on monthly basis as per actual.
   5. Payment for additional services to be done through in advance through Prepaid card. A minimum balance of Rs. 10,000 should be deposited at the time of admission.
   6. GYM TIMINGS will be on first come first serve basis.
   7. In case of DAMAGE to any part of the buildings, furniture, equipment / appliances or any other Hostel Property, the loss shall be recovered from the person identified as responsible for such damages.
   8. All girls must dispose of sanitary pads in designated dustbins. A flat charge of ₹5,000 will be applied per incident and divided equally among the occupants.
   9. Damages to buildings, furniture, equipment, or any hostel property will be recovered from the responsible person.
   10. Electrical Appliances eg. Kettle / Iron / Induction are NOT ALLOWED inside the room for safety purpose.
   11. Consumption of cooked food is only allowed in Dining area And Lounge Area.
   12. Consumption of alcohol and cigarette is strictly not allowed and will result into emergency vacation of the hostel without refund.
   13. All above policies are subject to change and occupants will be adhere to policies as changed from time to time.
   14. Electricity Actual + Laundry charges extra (15 Rs. per clothes).
   15. 100% Advance payment at the time of joining.
